In retrospect I've decided Panerai are quite crap really and no way comparable to Rolex reasons there are many reasons and here we go...
1)Panerai roll out the exact same boring dials every year and change model number - voila new Panerai - ridiculous
2)It says limited edition on all models - that's because not enough stupid people out there to buy more watches
3)Sapphire casebacks showing a rubbish movement what idiot would pay over £6000 for this or an eta movement watch?
4)Size who wants 47,50 or 60 mm watches it's not a classy look the Rolex submariner is an icon and cannot be matched
5)Takes over a year for watches to appear in dealer after announcement - hilarious
6)All the models look the same no distinction between ranges
7)Keep your leather bands I dont care for them nor plexi scratchable glass or ceramic cases that fall apart
8)Ever heard of platinum sports watches no steel it should be - yes Italian military all wear platinum watches and wore saville row uniforms and carried platinum pistols too no wonder countries broke.
Pisstake basically anyone suckered into the Panerai BS need their head seeing to - good bye adios I came I saw I now leave it's been a waste of time ( wink )

There's a small chance it might here's hoping they do that dial on a ss model - there a model 374 not released yet either it will be a platinum 373 but with the minute hand or a ss model of this kind or ss373 - it's only logical.

Why do panerais take a year to land
The models are shown in Jan 2011 yet Jan 2012 the dealers have not even received the 2011 models and in a week the 2012 models come out-can anyone explain this extraordinary long delay from show to shop window?
