This is exactly the reason why I try to avoid social media like facebook, instagram, tik tok etc. They are poison for the brain and soul. At least for MY brain and soul. All the best Thomas

. . . except this site, Omega Forums, and TimeZone for maybe a year, 2005 - 06. It was clear from the outset that the digital domain was more hurtful than helpful socially. That our community retains a large measure of self-control is an enduring blessing... 

After almost two years of letters to FB France headquarters to finally get my account closed and actually deleted (all that because it was still accessible to anyone months after normal account deleting process). What a nightmare !
