Montblanc

Hey guys, Wanted to ask for advice, suggestions, questions, etc... 1) As most of you know I recently (October 2014) purchased a Twinfly Greytech. Well the other day I tried to time a trip downtown and I noticed the hands got stuck when I tried the flyback... 

So sorry to hear that, Todd. It's one thing to have your fairly new watch to break; it's another to have to wait 3 months for the repair. Worst of all, it's very upsetting to have Montblanc tell you they might not cover it under warranty. I hope they said... 

I'll certainly keep everyone posted. I'm still the biggest Montblanc guy don't get me wrong. As I type I'm gazing at my beautiful Rieussec on my left wrist. Three months does seem like a long stretch though and the warranty comment puzzles me but you are ... 

One question...when you purchased your Greytech, was it with an authorized dealer? The main thing to have is the original sales receipt and the warranty paperwork signed/dated. If it was originally purchased from brick/mortar, you should have no problems....

As you got your Greytech from the boutique, are a loyal customer plus your watch is still under warranty, I am confident Montblanc will repair your watch and take care of you well. Let me know if you need any help. Hope you get your watch serviced quickly... 

Normally 5 years is a good time to send a watch for servicing - a practice many of my fellow watch collectors recommend Cheers Robin

The Scottsdale boutique were great and located another Greytech to exchange so I would not have to wait the extended time while it went back to LeLocle. They have always been great to me. While I was not thrilled to wait for three months to get my watch b...
