The Scottsdale boutique were great and located another Greytech to exchange so I would not have to wait the extended time while it went back to LeLocle. They have always been great to me. While I was not thrilled to wait for three months to get my watch back I would have however they went above and beyond when they did not have to. Kudos to them. Thanks guys.

One question...when you purchased your Greytech, was it with an authorized dealer? The main thing to have is the original sales receipt and the warranty paperwork signed/dated. If it was originally purchased from brick/mortar, you should have no problems....
