I'm really sorry to hear this, Michael.
Last year, I noticed the power reserve on my Nicolas Rieussec Rising Hours was running low. So I decided to walk into an AD just to get their take. It was by far the absolute worst customer experience I had in my life. I walked out fuming.

But with Robin's help, I got in touch with the right people at the HQ and it was smooth sailing from that point on. I didn't like the differential treatments but I liked the idea that my watch was taken care of in the end.
