It happened to me once; a brand new watch, dead on its tracks the second day no matter what I did to try and revive it. I took it back to my AD who offered me one of two options: return it to the factory and get it fixed ( long wait) or get a full refund....

I of course have had this one for months, and it is a favorite. So I am OK with a repair. Still hard to imagine such a new watch can fail.
