Montblanc

Hi.... It has been three years now that Montblanc has bought Minerva.... Minerva continues to manufacture top quality calibers housed in Montblanc dials and cases... Do you think that on the dial the Minerva name should be more dominate? Or do you think t... 

my straight preference would be to see MINERVA on the dial - why not putting the montblanc name and/or logo somewhere on the back the side of the case side or so.... (i know it sounds very unprecise but you get what i am saying ) or like bulgari honores g...

It is what is inside that counts. Minerva failed as a company. To be blunt, it was bust. The nice new shiny mystery tourbillon movement would never have seen production without the continued R&D investment and production costs paid by Montblanc. The head-...

I've edited your post per our guidelines regarding outside links and replaced it with the pics. I get your point. The same could be said for all the models which were in existence during the transition from the Italian ownership over to Montblanc where th... 

I understand your feeling about history. I used to think that way except that I've been through 6 large corporate mergers...er....takeovers, in 10 years. Each time, whether I was on the 'winnng' or 'losing' side, multiple legacy brand names from both side... 

But you are right. Without Montblanc, Minerva would have gone bankrupt.... (or bought by someone else). It was Montblanc that step it, invested more money and continues the tradition without, at the moment, making any profits. Certainly Montblanc will be ...

needs to stay in the past. Montblanc is providing the resources to build upon Minerva's history, people and know how. Its a completely different brand now. wierd analogy but Eventhough I'm proud to be my father's son, I prefer to be called by my own name....
