Good to hear that MB is considering a return of “Minerva” to the dial. Was this shared with you by MB or based on your observations?
Personally, I think MB is using the Minerva branding a little too liberally. Such that it is not always clear which MB really had a Minerva calibre inside vs not for the mainstream folks. We see “Villeret” and “1858” being bandied around quite liberally even more non-Minerva calibre watches. One of my mainstream collector friends innocently said to me that “Minerva is quite common now and easy to get.” 🤣 I almost choked on my coffee and did my best to illuminate him on the reality.
As for chronograph on the wrist today, I am indeed wearing one … and a Minerva too … stay tuned, I’ll post some shots in a new post. It’s a NWA and I’ll need to take some pics.
