Why was the US chosen as market for this special edition of the Reverso Tribute?
I wonder why JLC chose to restrict this model to a certain region, and why they picked the US. Does anyone know?
The reason for a US version of the Deep Sea was clear, but in the case of the Reverso I don't see a particular reason...
By the way, I am not quite sure which one I prefer. Being somewhat closer to the original is quite an advantage of the US version, but judging just from looks, I like the regular version better.
Fortunately there are other JLCs higher on my wish list right now, so I don't have to decide.

What a surprise! Honestly, my immediate thought was. "Why?" - it seems difficult to justify a version so close to the other TT1931 from a marketing point of view. You may argue that it is in line with the recent presentation of the Deep Sea US/EU versions...

What I meant is that notwithstanding the fact that it is not an LE, as there is no guarantee that it will be manufactired again next year it could de facto become an LE. A new trend maybe? Best regards, George

It is not a LE.

My guess is that it was made to put the light on the BH Boutique, but also to " make a gift " to the US Market. The good thing with this offer is that now, you have the choice between 2 appealing versions. Sometimes, more is better than less. May we know ...
