Talked to the dealer just now. It seems they ordered one in SS but was never delivered.
Last year I didn't push for this also because of the relatively unconventional moonphase design. Let's see if I will change my mind from "against" to "for" when I see the dial in person. Thanks again. Ruckdee
Very kind of you, Nicolas. The perfectionistic side of my brain just took over...
...and made this while I should be concentrating on work and making money. Year at the center. All text for left and right subdials. Date on lower subdial instead, together with moonphase. It's a quick cut and paste job so the hands don't align precisely ...
Likewise the moonphase is unconventional....
but pop on a black dial and like Mo's QL with black face the moonphase works much better. I'm also still onsure which is the full moon, is it at the top or bottom of the subdial..? Yours, Andy.
You cannot be wrong. I see the gold version is more "clear" in this regard...
