Jaeger-LeCoultre

This is a reccurent question, my friend.

This is not because your Grande Reverso GMT is rated for a 30 meters WR that you can swim with.

Don't do it!

The WR data has nothing to see with the pressure received by the watch while you swim or dive.

The minimum required to swim wirth a watch is 10 ATM ( or 100 meters ) WR.

A screw in crown is even more secure.

So, don't do it.

As for the strap, most of leather straps are not water resistant.

Unless, like with some brands, it is specified, for example Kodiak for Panerai.

Hoping that this will be of some help.

Best.

Nicolas
