Reverso Grande GMT/Waterproof question
Recently I acquired the beautiful SS version of the watch and I am off to Florida in a day or so, where I know I will be swimming the ocean and in the pool. The watch is rated to 30m and I have a question for the board. How much of a mess is this likely to be on the watch. Also, the manual said something adverse re: leather strap. This maybe ignorant but what is the problem with leather getting wet and what sort of harm can come from splashing at the beach and deep see fishing.

This is a reccurent question, my friend.
This is not because your Grande Reverso GMT is rated for a 30 meters WR that you can swim with. Don't do it! The WR data has nothing to see with the pressure received by the watch while you swim or dive. The minimum required to swim wirth a watch is 10 AT...
