How in the world they can deliver a watch

but can't be as perfect in service??
I thought the consensus was customer service at JLC really sucked?
That’s the one take away I have from just following along here. I’ve not owned a JLC in 12-15 years.

The one service I had through them....
for my long departed AMVOXII was actually fairly priced and relatively quick. I guess I was fortunate not to experience anything unfavorable with their service. Cheers, Filip

But then again mine was serviced at their Texas center here in the states and it was totally fine....
I have had mixed results
over the years. For this reason I could never pull the trigger on the Duometre which I consider to be an amazing machine. God forbid if something went wrong. And it’s funny that the photo is of some guy polishing the shit out of some poor bastard’s watch....
I've had good and bad experiences over the years
best: Master Minute Repeater full service, relatively quick and well done worst: Duometre a Chronographe which came back with a loose screw in the movement and a big scratch on a platinum lug: Regards Andreas ...
I am currently waiting a service assessment from JLC for my Extreme Lab 2. So far it has been 81 days without any communication from the service centre to the Boutique.
This is completely unacceptable IMO. Then again I serviced my JLC Amvox III Tourbillon and it came back within 3 months.
