The Reverso is one of those rare designs that resonate with my . . .

 

. . . aesthetic sensibilities, due to their perfect 'golden ratio' proportions and modest size. The Reverso design lends itself equally well to simple and complex versions, and my long-time favorite is the relatively recent skeleton version from the mid-90s, which is unusual as I generally don't care for skeleton watches in general [photo taken in November] . . .




. . . but, as Steve G's photo demonstrates, the 'golden rectangle' is well suited for displaying the craft of skeletonization [Steve G has previously given me permission to use this photo]:
