Yesterday I posted photos of the sublime Reverso Tribute Moon on my thin wrist, and the consensus was that it was just too big. Nicolas wisely suggested that I consider the Duo, which I have now done. I love this model too, and it’s definitely more wearab...

but I was under the impression that the delightful Duo in your photo was the same basic watch as the one I tried on, but with a different color scheme. Is it actually smaller? And if so, is it still in production, or was it an LE?

... that the Tribute Duoface I tried on (in current production) is in fact quite a bit larger than the 85th Anniversary Tribute Duo that was released in 2016 ... and no longer appears to be in production. But I would love to hear I’m wrong about that!

in an AD, after another AD told me that it was a limited edition and no longer for sale new, anywhere. I'm glad I have a choice of ADs. It's beautiful, and as you predicted, it fits perfectly. I may well buy it, though there's a wrinkle I will need to sor...

Luckily, with Nicolas' help, I found an intermediate size that is both (1) not too large for me and (2) a duo.

Try it with the bracelet for a more integrated look. You might like it more. Best, Martin

My is a Grande GMT, hers is my previous gold standard size Reverso. This one is fine for me but I've tried a Squadra, for example and can't pull it off. Seems way too big for me. Cheers, Cazalea ...

nor is it small in any sense. Yet… I think it probably fits. The lugs seem properly placed. And you will get used to something this substantial. It is soooo beautiful! FH

That's part of the reason why I took most of these photos in the mirror, to correct for the optical distortion of close-ups. I think this particular model is still too close of a call.

But there's really no substitute for a watch that actually fits, as the 85th Anniversary Duo does. (Thanks again, Nicolas!)

Fits your wrist very well, and as some have said, it looks larger in photos, which means that in the metal, it would be just nice.

But given a choice between a size that kind of works, and a size that actually really works (the 85th anniversary Nicolas illustrates above), I should probably go with the latter.

I've found that if a Reverso is too large it will not be comfortable to wear due to the large flat surface. How does it feel on?

Obviously lots of guys could pull this off. It's just hard to be tall and thin. OK, maybe not that hard for most purposes, but hard for watch-sizing purposes. : )

Day is defined as 0600h to 1800h and night is 1800h to 0600h. The Tribute versions of the duo seem to have this incorrect.
