But don't you think it has always been like that? Look at the vintage offer. Look at all the Memovoxes, or the products like some diving watches from the past.
Were they really JLC? The Master Mariner Deep Sea, for example, or the Dolphin? Or some more exotic Lecoultre offers... Look at the Futurematics... It is an endless theme of collection.
Look at the Uniplan, when JLC released, ALSO, the Reverso.
And so on...
Diversity is in JLC DNA.
Now, would you blame JLC for introducing the Extrem Lab? Is this really JLC? Of course, yes, as innovation is a part of JLC. But in terms of image... It hurts the " conservative " guys.
The price to pay is that some will find it " confusing " and you are right when you point out that feeling.
Some will applaud the creativity.
It's been a long time we didn't see a new watch, at JLC!
