Calibre 918 vs. Calibre 956
Sorry if this was already discussed. What are the differences between the 918 (AMVOX Alarm) and the 956 (Polaris re-issue)? Seems to me both models have identical functions. TIA

I think the only difference is the date change mechanism. 956 has quick date change while 918 has the trough and fro. Gun

With all the watches housing the Cal 918, Rik
You have to move the hands between 10 PM and 3 AM to set the Date... It is a somewhat ...Fastidious. With the 956, is it as easy as you described it. Best, Nicolas

That is very interesting because my cal. 878 manual says not to change the date between those hours because then the date change is active. I understand the 878 is a totally different calibre but still... Thanks for the info!
