Your comments are, unfortunately, totally accurate...
The Manufacture - except for very high quality watchmaking pieces - has lost its way.
Certainly, the quality has improved, but for me at the expense of its poetic soul: Today's products are very/too clinical... to the point that it looks very industrial (I find that even Rolex is smoother... that's to say).
As for the rest... it's financial optimization: No innovation, dial colors (too bright, too cold, ...) that change every year to preserve a good margin, pompous marketing as evidenced by "The Collectibles" which could have been a good idea (which JLC is not at the origin) but which in the end is in my opinion perverted by a pseudo-trendy and elitist communication.
What a terrible waste.
