These statement pieces, although impressive to look at, are not what majority of customers purchase. So unless this is an attempt to appeal to the nouveau rich in Asia, where she has spent the past ten years, I hope there also are in the works more plebeian new lines, since I was sadly underwhelmed by last years Polaris line, and there have been no real innovations to the master collection, and lastly, may I remind everyone that the "new" geophysic line has also only been a niche market at best, never achieving what the geophysic tribute pieces in steel, pink gold and platinum achieved in 2014 release, and without a hand wound central seconds movement... and the geophysic tourbillon universal time, supposedly limited to 100 pieces and possibly considered part of the hybris mechanica line, was introduced and promptly forgotten, both in the marketing propaganda and by dealers, at least ADs in the united states.

Again, I hope there is something great under US $10k to surprise and delight us come January 14, 2019, but I said the same thing last year and was most disappointed...
