thanks for your enthousiastic comments! The watch is indeed a beauty, the dial is absolutely spellbinding, and the GF bracelet fits pretty well...
@ hs11: I admit, the shot does not help catching the exact colors of the dial, but it is lacquered. As far as I understand, the pigments cannot become oxydized and therefore cannot turn into a purple / brass / brownish color. More pirctures as soon as I can!
@ amanico: I had the impression that you already owned this model ? I must have made a confusion.

Not exactly that version
I have 2x 855 that are a combination of so-called 'lapis' external dial with silver internal dial. But no 'full lapis' dial A close-up of the 2 (showing that each dial is unique and has its own pattern of black and blue) Now, if we are talking 2 tone dial...
