rose gold geophysic 1958
Fellow JLC enthusiasts,
Through a kind soul here, I was connected with an AD who incredibly still had a steel geophysic 1958 bnib, which I grabbed.
It turns out that that AD also has a new rose gold geophysic 1958. As only 300 were manufactured, these must be the last two (now one!) geo unsold pieces as of April 2017.
All to say, to pay it forward, as it were, if anyone is seriously interested in purchasing the rose gold version, yes new with full warranty, please PM me and I will send you the AD contact info. I have no vested interest... but thought I might be able to bring some (golden) pleasure to a member here.
Having looked at several of the watch forums, a while back I decided to join this one, as I felt that this site had the most respectful and well-informed members who were happy to share their pleasure and knowledge of their watches. I have not been disappointed.

Did he have another? I'm still kicking myself for passing on one when they first came out. I seem to make a habit of missing out on these great pieces and then scouring the planet for one after the fact.

I really like the steel version, I was very fond of that watch when it was released. Good on your for helping the Purists out too.
