Hi Guys,

Thanks for all your informed responses. This too is one of my favourite JLC watches, as most said understated, yet a technically brilliant and well styled chronograph. I think the crown and pushers are just fine, I have no issue with the Compressor series of watches. In my quest I have tried the Amvox2, Diving Chronograph and the EWC - all were beautiful and impressive in there own way. However, the regular model chrono actually ticks a great number of boxes for me - size, water resistance, date function and versatility, oh, and not forgetting affordability. Certainly the EWC and Amvox2 would be stretching my budget somewhat.

I will continue my chrono deliberations and let you know the outcome of my quest.

... that was the 1st day i got it. Very nice watch, soooo comfortable, and the gr8 thing about it, is that the strap is unscratchable, and the case is very resistant. Lovely original seconds as well. Hope it helps get a better idea Karim...

.... its indeed very nice too, though if the case was bigger, it would have been more harmonious. I think they should have done it in 44m. The thing is that the crowns have such a presence that it really needs a big case. But to be able to correctly judge...
