... both versions, but I want to be honest: I love much more the looks of the 1968 model due to the big luminous creamy indexes which give a very distinctive and particular personality to this watch. A look that I really love and I´m doing my best to get an example of the Tribute to 1968.
Now, I look forward to your "Black Friday" report with much ansiety. I already got my pills at hand my friend!

No question I prefer the 68 both vintage and modern. But the 65 has its charms too - I am opening up to that model slowly. I have another question: How do the re-editions compare to the originals? I think this would be interesting to hear your thoughts on...

I own the '68 Tribute but rather fancy the '65 Tribute as well. The '68 is more bold to me whereas the '65 is more understated elegance. I would own both if the opportunity presented itself.
