I just found a minty JLC Chronometre that looks like no other I have seen. Will take some images however its got the look of a rectangular Ulysee Nardin or a Patek Nautilus Quartz!. Its automatic ca 906, 21 J , 5 adj. and has ref. 24001-42 Anyone have som...

The JLC Chronometers housing a cal 906 were not massively produced, as they " lived " a short life, maybe one year, before being " killed " by the Quartz Watches. I know the Ref 24000-42, not the 24001-42. I would be curious to see pics of this reference,...

BUT, I still wonder how many were made... Do you have bigger pics of this rare bird? What we know is that 7 000 Cal 906 were produced, and, among these 7 000, some were used by VC as an ebauche, others for JLC, of course, for their own Chronometer Ref 240...
