And yes, this is not normal that you have to wait so long to get your strap. Just one thing: JLC doesn't make their own straps, but this is not an excuse, as they would insist with their supplier to get YOUR strap. When you know that they service a watch ...

No eta was given. The thing is that the boutique staff are very helpful and friendly. I think the strap problem lies somewhere else on the chain. I need to think of some other avenue to 'make some noise' cuz there is only so much the boutique staff can do...

was not badat all. When I ordered a strap it took about four/six weeks, but it was a regular production gator.... Please let us know...... Cheers

I needed a shorter strap when I got my Reverso. It was there in I think six weeks. I believe they did had to make it, thankfully it didn't take that long. This case must be an exception. I look forward to hearing the end of this story...
