Question

Can someone tell me the significance of having 5 hash marks (12 minute intervals) between the hours on the timer instead of 4? I love the memovox but that part throws me off.

12 or 15 minute intervals, well... Setting the alarm to the minute is a challenge. So that doesn't seem to be capital, in my opinion.
