The grey, to my eyes, looks so much friendlier for regular wearing, I'm afraid I would get tired of the blue too quickly!
On the other hand, if you want to get someone's attention in court then the blue would do the job instantly xD
I know my only experience of Paris was in the fall when it was raining for days....
and therefore it was a truly depressing environment, but the colors on the grey watch are literally the colors of the City to me=))
What an absolutely stunning pair of Vintage Jaeger-LeCoultre and LeCoultre Polaris watches.
It seems I may be in the minority here but I would without hesitation go for and rock the blue LeCoultre it may be a bit loud but who cares it's stunning and attention grabbing in a good way. I don't recall ever seeing these watches in such good condition...
