It’s a JAEGER form the early -60thies. Clavis box doesn’t have the same marks as yours on the inside. So probably yours don’t have the same size/case. And Reverso’s was smaller then the chronos back then. Plus there was not many around at that time. You s...

Nice catch Nicolas! Good job. I don't think it is a normal watch because the case dimensions seem a little weird for that. The letter does describe a watch though. Perhaps it's a joaillerie watch, or alternatively not a watch at all. Don't let us wait too...

For example, I was at a dinner tonight, where I saw a gorgeous teardrop lugs triple date / black dial, so yes, there are still watches I can think of and that I would like to add to the small collection. So, still a bit of fun ahead keeping the chase aliv...
