Trying an alternate processing to see if I could reveal all details from a watch.
For this Amvox, the challenge is to capture the center dial.

A high contrasted picture, notice the pseudo grain of the picture
This Amvox 1 represents a time where JLC was very focused on sports watches and it seems that this trend is back.

My favorite Amvox, brings back good memories..........
I loved the green dial, so much so that I had a green custom made leather strap to go with the watch which worked very well. That watch is firmly place on my "regret list" for selling it, thanks for sharing! Tony

Seeing the watch, a question came to my mind: I guess you use the alarm, but do you use the rotating dial? A very nice watch indeed, rather sporty. Best, É.
Now I go to be tortured ...
I don't use the alarm and the rotating bezel. The alarm, when it goes off, makes me jump and the rotating bezel is more an annoyance than a feature (way too easy to change). Cheers, Nilo
