No reply from JLC customer service :-(

 

Hello all,


It's been over a week since I forwarded the requested information about my watch repair to JLC customer service and have not yet received a response from them.  This is disappointing to say the least.

I've been revisiting the various watch forums recently, looking for ideas for an appropriate 50th birthday present to myself.  At this point, I'm disregarding all Richemont watches as a result of this service experience.
