No doubt this is an important watch
both to JLC and to the world of horology. Luckily, i had the opportunity to see and hear it in Geneve and I agree with all of your points, it sounds very promising.
I think the solution to the delay of absent quarter hours in MRs is brilliant and AFAIK has never been achieved up to now. This is more than solving a small inconvenience, we all know what happens if you accidently try to initiate the MR function during this gap (accidently of course). I hope they do reduce the rotor sound as they gained so much by reducing the mechanical sound of the MR function.

Yes, one end curve is attached to the fixed part of the tourbillon cage.

There's no reason they can't have 2, counter-rotating balances on the same shaft. That's resonance for you! A
Balance "arbor" is not actually arbor but a part of a tourbillon cage

Same balance wheel than in the Gyrotourbillon One and Two.
Which are actually made of 14 K Gold. And yes, this is the same principle than the Gyromax, but JLC doesn't call it this way. Best, Nicolas

I would love to get the chance to see one of these in person. I have to admit I'm not in love with the cutouts on the dial though. Specifically I wish the tourbillon wasn't visible from the front of the watch.

Extraordinary watch! At this level and taking into account the price JLC doesn't need LE. I hope they will not "re-issue" it in LE in a different metal (see Master Minute Repeater). Thanks, Constantin
