Maybe this French-Canadian dish enjoyed by my fellow countrymen (and by me when I am in La Belle Province) is not well known in France.

Hi, I must confess I remember trying poutine when studying at Queen's University at Kingston! Poutine was not the best I've seen from canada, to say the least! A great country, great people, but poutine...... Cheers Dje
