Lecoultre Polaris 1965: 4 years of love.
London, May 2011. A small gathering in a Club, among friends.
And an incredible gift, this Polaris 1965 I was running after for so many years!
As you certainly know, the Polaris 1965 is the rarest of rhe Polaris, with a bit more than 500 pièces produced, much less still alive, and even much less in correct condition ( not re assembled case, movement, dial ).
This one is just incredible, as the movement was never touched, the case never polished, and the dial in top condition. One of the nicest I've ever seen.
Since May 2011, this is one of the watches I brought with me everywhere in the world, from the US to Asia, and in most of the countries I was in Europe.
One of those which have most wrist time.
And, last but not least, my " Lucky " Watch, I wear when I have an important thing to do.
A wristshot, taken where I got the Watch...
To celebrate its 4th anniversary, which coincids, this year with its 50th birthday!
Thanks, who you know, thank you so much.
Best,
Nicolas
