JLC EWC Back from Service!
One day may EWC just wasn't working. I think someone in the house dropped it, put it back, and quietly went off. Anyway, I sent it away and a couple of months later it came back. It really made my day. I hadn't realized how much I loved that watch (even though my aging eyes now have trouble reading the cities...helas.)
