I generally prefer black dials... most of my watches have a dial of this color... so... I first looked at the 5960 with a black/dark grey dial...
But the silver dial of the 5960 is really fantastic... changing...
And that red hand that gives it a bit of a kick...
It reminds me in some ways of a Newman...
Thanks to Amanico and Tombub, I tried the silver dial and I fell in love with it.
And then there is an annual calendar, a flyback chrono, ...
It's a versatile watch: fun sport classy...
The bracelet was hated by most... I really like it and find it comfortable.
On a leather strap, everything changes... it's almost perfect: Less shiny and more dressy... but keeping something singular, eclectic.
In addition it is a PP unloved, underestimated, not often seen and as I do not like to do like everyone else, I like it.
Finally, the 5960 has a little story that I find amusing... it's the watch that the Stern son imposed against the advice of his father.
