It looks it is a snap back case.
Use a very thin knife, or, if you don't feel very comfortable, give iot to a watchmaker, who will easily open it for you, in less the 20 seconds...

Hi Nicolas, so this is where you primarily reside, I've always wanted a LeCoultre and I purchased this from an estate along with a few Omegas. I thought this would be a good JLC starter watch to get my toes wet, I'm just amazed at the quality of workmansh...

I opened the case this evening, I was surprised to see the bumper springs completely exposed but the movement is excuted quite well. It looks to have never been serviced with a complete lack of a watchmakers mark. I'm sorry about the quality of the photos...
