Right now my AD expressed their deep concern and decided to take back the watch for a thorough inspection. I'll let you and JLC know the verdict when they get back to me.

I feel sorry for what has happened to you. Is JLC really listening? Straps are meagre to manufacturers and it is the brand that this whole unpleasant experience that is putting a dent into it. I hope this will get resolved soon. Please continue to keep us...
Thinking Twice

I too am in the market for a nice dress watch and was considering JLC as a potential buy. However, given the circumstances I am thinking twice about the brand...especially how storied this brand is as well. Good luck BuberJLC!!
