i would choose all the Black-dial models of the JLC Master Control series...certainly not an easy feat even if you've got the money today. Those black beauties hardly come up for sale and when they do, they get snapped up so fast.
but this year realistically, remains to be seen, the Rouge. waiting for the ultimate wrist test. I suspect and am afraid it will appear much much bigger on my wrist and I dont like to buy watches to keep in the safe, eventho this one might have a good investment potential
if all else fails, maybe its something i've been putting off for a long time, Rolex Exp 1& 2 (her and him) pair, specifically mid-nineties model....my so called self-termed "modern vintage"

...this year I wait to take delivery of the Grande Reverso Calendar in stainless steel. Nothing fancier to report. But I hope next year there will be a new Master Calendar with eight days movement to coincide with the 180th anniversary of the manufacture....
