Zaf is a gentleman, and he is definitively the man for vintage JLCs in DC (and way beyond DC of course). But I think you porbably know him already. He also speaks perfect french (not that you really need it I know). Anyway, if you have not yet met him, I ... 

Well I have to admit that I thought he had no shop but was only selling online. If he meets potential buyers at home, I suppose he receives only people he knows already ?

I don't think he has a 'brick and mortar' shop, but I know he is a true watch enthusiast before being a seller (I have met him in Paris while we had no 'business' to do together), so I assume if you email him beforehand you can have a nice coffee with him...

... as Nico and Clavi said, if you like vintage JLC and happened in DC, Zaf is the guy who you should meet up. he does not have shop, you can email him first to arrange a meet up at somewhere like cafe if he also happens in town. he is a very nice gentlem...
