I think I prefer the Polaris Geographique World Time over the Polaris World Time Chronograph on apros functionality, the latter on balanced looks - but both are a bit 'busy'

Far from being plain but definitely more classy is the Geophysic Universal time - that would be my go to JLC travel companion (one day hopefully!)

The Geographique has a superb textured dial which is really bewitching. [nt]

I would prefer the geophysic UT: while being more formal, I believe that with the right strap it would really look dressed down and casual. Seems to me that the balance in this watch is really solid. [nt]

The Geophysic UT has a big advantage... Its size. And its originality, due to the true second, in addition to the world time. Add a new movement, and it has some strong assets. [nt]
