I'm not affraid

to admit that the gold version is the one I prefer.  I almost bought the SS.  I was sure I would.  I like the simplicity and purity but the watch was too big.  The gold is the same size, I know.  But I like the 12 and 6 and just think it is the better version.  I think general WIS opinion will shift back and forth over time.  At the outset all eyes were on the SS.  But I tell you, this is the one I would choose if I were choosing. 

I put my money instead towards an entirely different watch.  I am still waiting for the reverso for me.  So far (a decade waiting) all seem too small, too large, or too thick.  But it is still my favorite Icon.  I am sure the right one is not too far way.
