If you want to ogo ona Panerai go for a Base or a little Seconde(Luminor)or (Luminor Marina).That's the real deal with Panerai.
The Panerai GMT makes the dial too busy and less strong.
As for JLC,yes,I'd go on a GMT...After it's a matter of taste .The Master Hometime is beautiful ,but the geographic in the "Boutique Line" is nicer,IMHO, Although the price is a little higher than the master homtetime.
The Squadra Hometime ,I personnaly prefer it with the Black dial ,so :Worldtime titanium or LE Boutique.

The 2 Hometime models you mention are nicely priced...
but if I wanted dual time, I would go for either the regular Geographic (the new Harmonized version), or the Squadra Hometime. The picture above is of the Master World Geographic, which IS nice, but the price is twice that of the Hometimes. -Dean
