Not only did it take almost ten days to arrive, your compatriot sent the watch, in the original box, simply placed inside a regular shopping bag and then directly in the shipping box - zero cushioning!! I initially looked on in mild horror, fearing potential damage, but even the box itself has only two minor dings, so it's not an issue for me as I am certainly never selling this one
. I ended up figuring out it was an automatic simply because it hasn't stopped running at all due to me not taking it off my wrist except to sleep
. I only realized yesterday that I did not remember if this movement was manual or auto, since the case back is solid, I wasn't initially sure. I still remember back in 2012 when Ken Hokugo sent me a Lange from Japan to forward to someone else in the US, he had wrapped the watch box in no less than 3 layers of air bubble wrap! I just finished taking a bunch of quality pictures, will sort them and add to the thread later today........
