Here it is - the 6, 9 and 12 has a lighter color than all the rest of the colored index but warmer than the white parts. The hands has also another color - more green and like the batch 1 hands (must be the same).
I think this is strange - white (no luminova), off white (w. luminova), light brown (no luminova) and green (w. luminova) on the same dial. I think batch 2 is a step back and I am a bit disappointed - I have allways felt highly about JLC but this it is so strange to me.
The rest of the watch is so well done and true to the original - with a non lumen index they could just as well have used glass instead of plexi, a stronger buckle and so.
Don´t get me wrong here - I have allways loved the Polaris and getting this grail is something special. But this is maby why I feel so bad over this small mistake.
Or am I beeing petty?
