Last year, I was bidding on a Bob Hope triple date.
It was inscribed on the back and dated 11-6-47. I didn't get it as I did not know people were still bidding on it AFTER the hammer! :-( Not sure what the movement looked like after sixty years but the dial, case, etc. all looked to be in great shape. Arrg...
