And this one is a keeper. Came back from a full service last month and is ticking away perfectly now as it should. I will say it - JLC service is top notch and a price that is beyond reasonable too when compared to what we're asked to pay for by most bran... 

Those words are music to my ears. Love to hear about special pieces making it into permanent spots in a collection! Especially when they don't have the biggest price tag, but are filled with sentimental value! J

But it is one you\'ll find to be very personal. Well received, good attention to what you would want - in my case I requested for the case to not be polished and left alone, and no issues with anything. Best of all, you\'re kept updated every step of the ... 

I asked as I'm also based in KL, but did not have an entirely satisfactory experience with them (which eventually got resolved, albeit with one or two quibbles left). I hope my case is an isolated incident.. Regards, skyeriding

...but make sure they know you're not fully happy. I'm sure they will do all they can to rectify that as the boutique seems to have their customers at heart.

I'll give them the benefit of doubt. At least, the service at the boutique itself has been a pleasant experience, one of my favourite boutiques to visit here. I can direct contact you if you'd like to hear more about it..but not to tarnish their name, I s... 

I'd certainly like to know more as they do take my feedback quite positively
