The strap brings out more details in the dial, especially the brown area. This may be the first modern JLC that I find attractive!

2 completely different looks

But I’d definitely go with the first one as it gives the watch a certain rugged vintagy military vibe instead of that oem modern plush plastic strap.

I'm not a fan of most nylon straps. They look fine on proper tactical watches but not on anything more refined, in my view. All the best. Jon

I'm going with +1 on black rubber for one reason only! It's integrated at the case!
