This is rare this days and if they take care it is quite often the result of having big problems before. Just replied in a questionaire of a car brand, that I finally solved my problem with them. They don´t have to call me or something else, I simply ignore their after sales service from now on and will be more happy without getting new problems 
May I ask for your shoemakers name? Sounds good and I love shoes and Paris and ...
