Definitely agree with you about the DeWitt and its crown. It really looks cheap and too easily breakable. Regarding the IWC, my main issue is the ratio between the size of the watch (45mm which is quite big) and the small hours and minutes windows
The third iteration of the Vagabondage has a jumping second. Not the two here. I saw these two watches in real and I definitely prefer the style/layout dial of the II.
My main issue with the three is how this jumping second system will evolve with time. Just afraid to go back every 6 months to the FPJ manufacture to service it because it doesn’t work anymore 😕

Zeitwerk will always remain my first choice when it comes to watches with digital time display.
It's size should be absolutely fine for me, comparing to my JLC Duometre chrono. Lange Zeitwerk: diameter 41.9mm, thickness 12.6mm Duometre chrono: diameter 42mm, thickness 13.6mm May I should start working on getting a Zeitwerk in WG with black dial...

Most importantly, it's an asymmetrical Christmas Tree. I think if it was actually symmetrical it would be troubling to the eye.
I'm a big fan of the ZW, but every time I put it on my wrist I conclude it's just too big (for my wrist).
The VII is as you state much more elegant in proportions. BUT this, and perhaps the RG case and case shape, make the watch a little more dressy the result is that it's not an everyday watch like the ZW could be. Btw, there are 10 more VII's than you think...

Zeitwerk tops all
IWC is my least fav....when you need to put "minutes", "hour" on the dial, it's a sign that the design is not right...
Minutes and Hours on the dial is an historic detail
and I am glad that IWC added that to the wrist watch as well.
Yes, the main issue with the IWC is the very small windows for the hours and minutes. So you have to find a trick to coat the dial and the empty space.
But, at the same time, the historical dial was like this so that’s ok for me as the historical link is respected. Best wishes Alkiro
Great post Alkiro :) for me the Zeitwerk and the Vagabondage are the standout pieces. As for the IWC, I just can't get my head around the way the minute counters meet up -
The gap between them kills the watch for me - I think that the way the Glashutte date wheel works would have been the best looking solution and would have added so much more to this watch.

Humm, to be honest with you, the FPJ is truly nice and has the advantage to be the most wearable (especially compared to the Zeitwerk). Of course it’s a matter of taste but I really would like to own one. BUT, I won’t trade or sell my Zeitwerk for this FP...
