I have the second generation in Platinum (which is not the best case material for a MR as we know 😉).
Currently on the market is the third generation. #3 has no longer the beautiful classical movement. Easily recognizable by the fact that the small second is at 6:00 and not at 9:00 (like the first and my second generation). For me personally, the third generation is therefore not that attractive.
For the pleasure of the eyes: One of my favorite IWC Portuguese, the Minute Repeater.
Along with the Jubilée, and the 7 Days Ref 5001. I would rate the Jubilée and the Minute Repeater above the 5001, for their manual winding movements, though. That's the IWC I like! Best, Nicolas ...

It would be interesting if the construction and/or architecture of the modular system was changed. The movement is the same.
